Every great love story begins with a special encounter, and ours was no different. World Pet wasn’t born from a cold business plan on a spreadsheet; instead, it came to life right on a living room floor, surrounded by chewed-up toys, scattered pet hair, and a pure love that completely transformed our lives.

It all started with an endless search to provide the absolute best for our own four-legged companions. Like any passionate pet parent, the mission was to find high-quality products that truly respected animal welfare and arrived quickly and conveniently at our doorstep. However, the market didn't always deliver that kind of experience.

Caught between complicated websites and a lack of customer service that actually understood what each pet needed, an idea was born:

From Dream to Screen

In 2019, fueled by strong determination and a desire to make a difference, World Pet was officially launched. Our goal was clear from day one: to be much more than just an e-commerce store. We started by handpicking every type of food, interactive toy, and grooming accessory. Our golden rule has always been: if it’s not good enough for our own pets, it doesn't make it into our catalog.

Those very first orders were packed with almost artisanal care, and every single "click" of a completed purchase on our website was celebrated, knowing we were helping to improve the life of a pet somewhere out there.
